Do you cater for all size weddings?

Absolutely - from a small, intimate gathering to more larger numbers, we are more than happy to cater for all size weddings and events.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes. Both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity are always covered. Copies are available upon request.

What qualification do you have in the wedding industry?

A Distinction level in ‘Diploma in Wedding Planning with Event Management’ was certified and awarded by the ICM (Institute of Commercial Management). A Distinction grade is only issued to students who have demonstrated a very high level and skill.

When do you charge your own booking fees?

Once the couple have agreed and signed a contract, a booking fee is needed to secure your date before any work commences. €200 is required to confirm your booking. This is non-refundable.

How do we pay the booking fee?

This can be paid by bank transfer, cash or in person via card.

Do you work with preferred suppliers?

Many of our own exclusive suppliers offer our clients a discounted rate for their services and are reliable, experienced professionals. However, if your supplier has been sourced by yourselves, we are very happy to negotiate on your behalf.  This is your day and always your decision with everything.

How does the fee work with discounts from suppliers to couples?

We pass on discounts directly to our couples, and do not take ‘kick backs’ from suppliers. Our fee is only with the couple, not with suppliers.

Couples know upfront our fees before any work starts, and we negotiate on your behalf to get you the best value for money.

Do your exclusive suppliers issue contracts / T&C’s?

Yes – we only work with suppliers that issue these. We would always strongly advise you only hire suppliers that are able to do so.

Do you charge VAT?

Currently no VAT is charged.

How much do you charge?

As every wedding is unique with very different requirements and requests, we offer a bespoke service and price accordingly. However, for those couples that prefer a more structured approach we are pleased to be able to offer packages.

You should allow at least €850 (Leinster area only) as a minimum investment for ‘The Wedding PA’. For weddings in the North West UK, please get in touch for your own personal quote.

Do you cater for same-sex weddings?

Yes of course – your happiness and satisfaction on your wedding day is very important to us, regardless of gender.

Do you offer styling and décor services?

No - many of our exclusive suppliers offer this specialised service for our couples.

However, we ensure your plans are carefully managed throughout the planning process, and oversee the day as you wish to have it.

Will you be present on our wedding day?

Of course. As your Wedding PA you won’t need to worry about anything at all. In fact, just relax and really enjoy this very special day with your spouse, family and friends. Every little detail and personal request is taken care of, and we will be working discreetly for you ensuring everything is just as you wish.

What areas of Ireland and the UK do you cover?

Ireland (nationwide) and the North West UK (Cheshire, Lancashire, Manchester, Liverpool, North Wales)

Can you plan my wedding right from the start of our engagement?

Yes – absolutely. This service is for couples who are short on time, and would like a qualified wedding planner to manage all aspects of the planning process. An initial meeting is arranged with you to go through your exact requirements and to understand your vision. Regular communication is always given along the way, with progress updates, and further meet ups can be arranged.

Our wedding has been planned, can we handover over all the details to you?

Yes of course.

The Wedding PA will take care of everything for you on your wedding day.
